The Manor House at Bailey Springs Venue was established in 1973 by W.O.Grubb. The ‘Southern Style’ Georgian home spans 6000 square feet.

The grand stair case made of ash wood, with a wrap around balcony overlooking the front of the home is often used for Bridal Portraits. Throughout the entire home lays original heart pine flooring that was salvaged from a historic warehouse that was transformed and served as a Civil War Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. The second floor of the home features an outdoor veranda that overlooks the backside of the property with views of the pool pavilion and pond. This is the perfect location for your photographer to get a picture of all your guests.

The property once owned by the Bailey Family (William Bailey) in the 1900's features a natural trickling spring on the back side of the property, Because of the original owners and the natural occurring spring, the name "Bailey Springs" was formed.

Today Bailey Springs is owned and operated by Kim & John Hughes
